VXLVERSE is a browser-based platform that lets you create, publish, and play 3D games without writing code. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use VXLVERSE.
You sign in with Google OAuth. You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use VXLVERSE. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.
You own what you create. Games, levels, scripts, and configurations you build on VXLVERSE remain your intellectual property.
By publishing a game on VXLVERSE, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your game through the platform — including the Explore page, featured sections, and promotional materials. This license exists solely to operate and promote the platform and ends when you delete your content.
Assets provided by VXLVERSE (3D models, textures, audio) are licensed for use within games created on the platform. They may not be extracted and redistributed outside of VXLVERSE.
You agree not to use VXLVERSE to:
We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict access to any content that violates these terms or that we reasonably consider harmful. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies. We will try to notify you before taking action, but are not required to do so.
VXLVERSE is currently in public beta. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do our best to keep things running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, data preservation, or that the platform will be free of bugs. You are responsible for keeping local backups of your work.
You can delete your account at any time, which will remove your profile and all associated games from the platform.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. If we shut down VXLVERSE, we will give reasonable notice so you can export your data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VXLVERSE and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which may be zero on the free tier).
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify you via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of VXLVERSE after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
